Sarasota County Planning and Development One Stop Facility

CC&E is providing concept-level cost estimating, along with SD, DD, and CD estimates, and a detailed constructability review for Sarasota County’s new Planning and Development Services One Stop Facility. The approximately 55,600-square-foot facility will include offices, conference rooms, training spaces, and areas for citizen engagement, all consolidated into a single location to improve public service delivery.

CC&E worked closely with the architect and construction manager to establish the initial project budget at the conceptual design phase. As the project progresses, the team continues to collaborate across disciplines to deliver reliable check estimates at each design milestone, guiding the development of a fully executed GMP.
