Bedrock Management Services Brush Park: The Flats - 200 Edmund Place

CC&E provided CD level cost estimating, change order review, and pricing validation services for The Flats (Building A1) at 200 Edmund Place in Detroit's Brush Park neighborhood. This five-story, 40,436-square-foot multifamily building comprises 35 residential units and was designed by Lorcan O'Herlihy Architects (LOHA) as part of the City Modern development. The building features a distinctive gray and black masonry façade that steps down to street level, aligning with the scale of adjacent historic structures.
