Fraternal Order of Eagles: Eagle Village Apartments

CC&E provided concept-level cost estimating services for Phase I of Eagle Village, a planned residential community in Manatee County, Florida. The scope includes a new 92,000-square-foot, five-story apartment building consisting of 92 one-bedroom units (790 SF each) and 20 two-bedroom units (895 SF each), as well as 44 single-story, one-bedroom villa units (790 SF each).

The project also includes site utilities, parking, and development of the surrounding six-acre site. Without finalized design documents, CC&E developed budget estimates based on comparable reference projects provided by the client. These estimates are guiding early-stage financial planning and feasibility analysis for the owner.
