Pro Football Hall of Fame Campus Modernization

CC&E is providing cost estimating and preconstruction project management services for a $72 million expansion and renovation of the Pro Football Hall of Fame. The project adds 16,000 square feet for a new entry lobby and rotunda, reconfigures exhibit halls, and modernizes the building’s façade. Our team is assisting with budget management, phasing, and value strategies while supporting design development through close coordination with the architect and exhibit designers.
