Akron Children’s Hospital: Women’s and Children’s Hospital and Medical Office Building

CC&E provided validation report cost estimating and reconciliation services for the new Women’s and Children’s Pavilion and Medical Office Building at Memorial Health System and Children’s Hospital. The project includes a 107,200 square foot community-based hospital and a 55,800 square foot medical office building, both of which will be connected to the existing outpatient surgery center. Together, these facilities will create a comprehensive healthcare hub serving the Ohio Valley.
