The Ohio State University Medical Center, East Hospital Main Building Renovations

CC&E provided SD, DD and 75% CD level estimates for the development of 9,971 square feet of renovations to existing Operating Rooms (four in total) at OSU Medical Center. This project was multi-phased to ensure that the Operating Rooms remained functional during renovations.

The conceptual estimates presented by our Team served as initial project-level assessments, guiding the subsequent comprehensive estimates. These estimates formed the basis for establishing the project budget, which the University used to allocate funds for the construction phase. Additionally, our Team played a crucial role in the bid evaluation process, contributing significantly to the overall success of the project.
