Lakeside Chautauqua Campus Master Plan

CC&E provided cost estimating services in support of Lakeside Chautauqua’s 10-year campus master plan, covering more than 133,000 square feet across 13 improvement projects. Scope areas included Hoover Auditorium and Stagehouse, Hotel Lakeside, the Fountain Inn exterior, Heritage Park (South Auditorium), Rhein Center (Epworth Lodge), Walnut Plaza, Lakeside Village, Williams Tennis Center, Hilltop Lodge, and Wo-Ho-Mis Lodge.
Estimates were developed for both the overall campus plan and each project individually. The budgeting work supports Lakeside’s strategic vision, addressing infrastructure upgrades, deferred maintenance, and facility enhancements that reflect the institution’s cultural, hospitality, and community-focused mission.
